We select for you
Since 2018, we have partnered with leading sommeliers to scout artisanal wineries for promotion—only producers making under 100,000 bottles per year. With our Plus and Premium plans, we personally assist clients, creating customized selections season after season.
"For Mattia, we found a Barolo from a producer making 6,000 bottles a year — he couldn't find it anywhere, not even in a wine shop. Three months later, he wrote to us: it had become his favorite wine."
"Fabio wanted to build a serious wine cellar but didn't know where to start. In one year, we put together 24 bottles from 8 different regions—each with a story to tell."
"Anna wrote to us after her first box: 'I didn't know Nerello Mascalese existed. Now when I go to a restaurant, I only order Sicilian wines.' This is exactly what we want."
Here are the 2 bottles from the Welcome Kit

Riesling Kaefferkopf | Freyburger
Alsace (FR) | 100% Riesling
The grapes for Riesling Kaefferkopf come from 30-45 year old plots, organically cultivated and located on both slopes and plains, with granite and limestone soils that give structure and minerality. Harvesting is done by hand.
🍇 Region and Winery
Family winery located in Ammerschwihr, in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route. The Freyburger family has been cultivating the land for 4 generations, passing down passion, knowledge, and deep respect for the territory. Since 2019, the entire 8.5-hectare vineyard has been certified organic.
🍽 Seasonal Pairings
By analogy, it pairs perfectly with aromatic and spicy dishes: the mineral and fruity notes of Riesling require pairings with equally aromatic and rich dishes. Its significant body calls for rich and structured dishes.
Price €27

Motta del Lupo Cacc'e Mmitte | Lucera Petrilli
Puglia (IT) | Uva di Troia, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Bombino Bianco
A blend of local grapes (Uva di Troia, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Bombino Bianco) that grow on calcareous soils, at 300 meters above sea level. Yields between the rows are limited, and vineyard work follows organic farming practices.
🍇 Region and Winery
Paolo Petrilli established himself in the quality market with the company founded in 1990, where tomatoes grown on-site are processed using artisanal methods. These tomatoes come from the recovery of autochthonous varieties, which had been supplanted elsewhere by more productive international varieties.
🍽 Seasonal Pairings
A wine with character, never aggressive: it shows its best if opened half an hour before serving. It requires pairings with medium-bodied dishes.
