The grapes grow on sandy, clayey, and calcareous soils, typical of the Rhone Valley, which favor intensity and freshness. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected to ensure quality.

The winery is located in the heart of the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation and has been led by Serge Gradassi since 2002. It represents one of the region's historic estates, with an artisanal approach and a profound attention to the identity of its wines.

A full-bodied red, it pairs well with equally intense, structured dishes, both in flavor and aroma. The spicy notes that emerge on the nose pair well with dishes enriched with spices and aromatics.
